Island Boy$

IslandBoy$ was founded on 8th of July, 2019, by fresh new artist PartyInMyAnth$ with a vision to bring a new taste in Cebu Rap Scene. Last December of 2018, PartyInMyAnth$ went back home to the Philippines from his long stay in Australia and eventually met up with Dr.Gregg just to catch up because the two have been friends since they were 15 years of age. After several sessions of beer and alcohol, both of them decided to make a song and since then have been making songs together and performing in small venue gigs with their song "Tamsing Dalagita" and "Magic Island", where they met KrisYel who has been listening to them and eventually became a really good friend. PartyInMyAnth$ had very good chemistry with KrisYel since both of them have the same taste in music and the two have been in contact for a few times. After one gig, Party told Kris that he was a fan and that he wanted to make a group and asked Kris if he was on board then Kris said yes. After a week since Kris' decision to join the group they already had a new song called "Potion" with the three of them in the song. 2020 was a bad start when they lost an original member Dr.Gregg due to personal conflict, but since then they continued to make music with their 2 new members Former 6G and WhutItDo Chad Mansion who is PIMA's cousin and a veteran to the cebu scene, and former 3GS member and FlipTop MC Makii whom they also met in small venue events, and is set to launch their debut album 'ISLA' this year
