Iuri Rio Branco

Iuri Rio Branco is a musician, producer, composer and musical director, born in Brasília - Brazil, he produced some of the last great albums of Brazilian music. Twice nominated for a Latin Grammy and with Gold, Platinum and Diamond certifications, he has been changing the face of the new alternative pop scene in Brazil. He has collaborated with names such as: Jean Tassy, Marina Sena, Gal Costa, Little Simz, Urias, Wiu, Flora Matos, Mc Davi, Daniel Ganjaman, Alice Caymmi, RachelReis, Ryu The Runner, Duquesa, Yago Opróprio, AnaVitoria, Rincon Sapiência, Luisa Sonza, Carol Biazin and considerably others, bringing their musical references from rap, reggae, Brazilian, African and Latin music with their unique and current reading, adding peculiar beats and sounds. Iuri has worked since 2009 as a composer of soundtracks for cinema, TV and advertising. He produced music for series for HBO, Netflix, Amazon, Paramount. In advertising, he is a partner artist for Crocs and composes music for several national and global brands. As a musical director, he has collaborated with several artists in shows and festivals such as: Lollapaloza, The Town, Roskilde (Denmark), Kalorama (Portugal) and tours throughout Brazil and Europe.
