Knowing no limits and harnessing a steadfast belief in himself has become the formula for Jaal’s musical success. The Melbourne native has progressively been pushing the boundaries to what defines his artistry as an Australian-born South Sudanese, by creating a diversified sound and intrinsically making it his own. Breaking out the mould and defying industry standards has become Jaal’s motivation as he endeavours to shift the narrative by establishing his own lane through his art. Against all odds, he’s determined to deliver his unique story to the world.

After the successful release of his latest sophomore project ‘You Only Die Once’ (2023), Jaal followed up with his debut national headline tour around Australia in 2024 — which featured UK’s own Oscar #Worldpeace in Melbourne. Taking advantage of the momentum formed by the release, he embarked on a string of shows which saw him open up for artists such as redveil, Smino & Sainté.

Continuously working on his craft, Jaal remains consistent with his latest release ‘Bet That’ (featuring UK's Lord Apex), the third single to his forthcoming EP, "As It Stands", which promises to be a testament to his dynamic artistry and dedication.
