Jackie Clark is a professional touring & studio bassist,keyboardist, and producer from Memphis,Tennessee.
He's held the bass chair for, toured & recorded with: The Jacksons, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Kirk Whalum, Bob James, Shirley Caesar, Peabo Bryson, The Tennessee Mass Choir, Avery Sunshine, COGIC Mass Choir, Jonathan Butler, Larry Carlton, Mya, Donald Hayes, Marcus Johnson, Paul Taylor, Howard Hewett, Shalamar, Angie Stone, Evertte Harp, Maysa, Keiko Matsui, and countless others over the course of his 30 yr career.
He now branches out as a composer/solo artist with a really diverse collection of tunes for his upcoming project entitled "Sunday Vibe", a smooth, but funky vibe that features his arranging, writing, bass, and piano skills as a frontman!
Although he's played piano since age 5, this music is his debut on piano on any records outside of playing organ in church as a youth.
Whether it's a funky bass groove or thoughtful piano melody, you shouldn't have any trouble connecting with this talented multi instrumentalist's passion for writing music that people will remember for years to come!
