James happily admits that music is the expression, not the thing itself. "Whether it's writing or recording music," James shares, "It's the revelation of Christ within me—through the process—that brings the most joy. Creativity and self-expression are beautiful, but if they're not submitted to His love and lordship they become a clanging cymbal. I don’t want to spend my life making 'noise'. My life is not about me. I hope we can all find this truth in Christ. It’s a more peaceful way to be."
