James Lamb is an exciting and dynamic vocalist and rapper from London. Having gained experience performing with established rock bands from the age of thirteen he has developed a confident and commanding stage presence. It was during these shows that he found his gift for improvisation and freestyling, a skill that has shaped the foundation for his songwriting process.
James’ songs are always a result of collaboration and he is currently enjoying success with the single '3 Words' recorded with the Dutch artist <a href="spotify:artist:3znfzjYazV5OBop5w9Fa2B" data-name="AKA Block">AKA Block</a>. The track amassed over 2 million streams on Spotify alone and was featured in Daniel Radcliffe’s film Guns Akimbo. His main musical partner, however, is the renowned producer and songwriter Richard Cracker who co-wrote his debut single ‘These Old Feelings’. Together, the pair release music as the duo <a href="spotify:artist:51ODAATeVPRJvesdcuDYzA" data-name="11 Roses">11 Roses</a> (formerly 11) that showcase their combined talents in the electronic pop arena.
Growing up in a musical family, James’ tastes and influences are wide and varied. Over the years his musical diet consisted of Prince and classic 60s Americana together with the likes of <a href="spotify:artist:7dGJo4pcD2V6oG8kP0tJRR" data-name="Eminem">Eminem</a>, Linkin Park and Jamie T to name a few.
