James Nic

James Nic, a 22-year-old RnB/Pop artist originating from North London. Developed a passion for music at a young age, he attended prestigious schools, such as The Brit School and had the privilege of writing and recording at Tileyard Studios. With his youthful and charming aura and years’ worth of training and experience, Nic has the ability to produce catchy music, which has a personal twist. His versatile personality resulted in him ghost writing and producing for artists, in house, pop and funk music. Inspired by Frank Ocean, Bruno Mars, Prince and Michael Jackson, the Londoner has absorbed a similar idiosyncratic musical style. Nic has a passion for vintage items with a modern twist, with his music portraying a similar style.
Releasing his first single,‘Here We Go Again’ at Brookdale House Studio, Nic has established a growing presence in the music industry. Nic hopes that ‘Here We Go Again’ and his future music will be relatable to his audience, leading him to success, while sharing his passion. To date he has received thousands of streams with his new single. Featuring on Vibe FM and Flex FM, as well Spotify playlists. This energetic and soulful tune featured LEONN, a Funk artist who is very credible in the gospel scene. Nic spends a lot of his time travelling the UK, performing at venues such as O2 Academy, Brixton Jamm and 93 Feet East and other smaller venues. He has developed a loyal fanbase, resulting in him being considered as a new emerging talent within the UK.
