Jamie Yost is a singer-songwriter based in the South West, UK. Raised in Devon Jamies music is heavily inspired by the vast landscape, his Folk roots and features interwoven Alt-Pop melodies that bring moments of Bon Iver, Ben Howard to The War on Drugs and Dermot Kennedy.
Jamie has caught the eye of prestigious festivals delivering headline performances at Cambridge Folk Festival, Boardmasters ‘The View Stage’ and supporting the likes of Nathan Ball and the Folk award winning John Smith. Yost recently teamed up with the illustrious Youtube Channel ‘Mahogany’ to share an exclusive performance of his track ‘Storm’ standing him next to previous powerhouse performers including Billie Eilish & Hozier.
His new EP ‘This Is Home’ showcases his most dynamic record yet with a more expansive sound including recent singles ‘Drifting On’ & Spotify New Music Friday feature ‘All Inside My Head’. Jamie is set to release new music early next year as a Help Musicians-supported Artist.
