Janire (Barakaldo, Bizkaia) started her musical journey in her teens, playing in local punk and pop bands. After moving to Madrid, she made a name for herself in the city's acoustic circuit. In 2021, she recorded "Cuaderno de Verano" with Brian Hunt.
In 2023, Janire marked a new chapter with the release of "Buenos Días," showcasing a sound that resonates with her musical influences, which range from St. Vincent to Lorde, and include projects like Ex:Re and Merina Gris from the national scene. She is currently gearing up to release her debut LP, "Las Huidas," in collaboration at production with with Álex Moreno and Pablo Fergus.
