Vogel first began uploading remixes in 2013, and it wasn't long before his tracks caught the attention of <a href="spotify:artist:5fMUXHkw8R8eOP2RNVYEZX">Diplo</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:5he5w2lnU9x7JFhnwcekXX">Skrillex</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:7u160I5qtBYZTQMLEIJmyz">Borgore</a>. Vogel's 2014 single "Feel the Volume" was released by <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Mad+Decent%22">Mad Decent</a>, and his <a href="spotify:artist:5he5w2lnU9x7JFhnwcekXX">Skrillex</a> collaboration "Squad Out!" was released in 2015 as part of <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Adult+Swim%22">Adult Swim</a>'s free singles program. He also released tracks with <a href="spotify:artist:0lLY20XpZ9yDobkbHI7u1y">Pegboard Nerds</a> on Canadian label <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Monstercat%22">Monstercat</a>, as well as several singles on <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Spinnin%27+Records%22">Spinnin' Records</a>, including collaborations with <a href="spotify:artist:4dvZ0abeUaiHm7Fu9Gj0PQ">Eptic</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:548YUkLaLzti0BLqaWpn1W">Ephwurd</a>. While he's created several unofficial remixes of major pop hits, he's also released official remixes of tracks by <a href="spotify:artist:4zxvC7CRGvggq9EWXOpwAo">Kiesza</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:5l9wiTZVfqQTfMDOt0HtwC">Tiga</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2DuJi13MWHjRHrqRUwk8vH">Knife Party</a>, and others.
In April 2018, Jauz teamed up with French producer <a href="spotify:artist:540vIaP2JwjQb9dm3aArA4">DJ Snake</a> for the single "Gassed Up." A major festival hit, it was regarded as the track that launched the style known as speed house. It was included on The Wise and the Wicked, a 23-track, four-chapter full-length which also featured collaborations with <a href="spotify:artist:0Cd6nHYwecCNM1sVEXKlYr">Krewella</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2yT7X3Gg2S51DHz67FAYL6">SNAILS</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6Vh6UDWfu9PUSXSzAaB3CW">Example</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2gNmFyBanPG1slh2pHnCtU">Holy Goof</a>, and many others. In 2019, Jauz released heavily streamed remixes of <a href="spotify:artist:3KwmxIhSe9UTSEF37kwngR">SHAED</a>'s "Trampoline" and <a href="spotify:artist:7cTXfwpe9peK0UE1bZyIWZ">Pinkfong</a>'s viral hit "Baby Shark." He also released the house flashback "Don't Leave Me" and collaborations with the likes of <a href="spotify:artist:67qogtRNI0GjUr8PlaG6Zh">Zeds Dead</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0y42IQBDFigO5mmEd1bGQG">i_o</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:3cMInYqk6yzf37zo8iznoz">DNMO</a>. The five-song EP Dangerous Waters appeared in 2020, with <a href="spotify:artist:5oiSxivTCIoOk5UlMSwzWM">TYNAN</a> and Jump System making guest appearances.
"Oceans & Galaxies," an anthemic collaboration with singer <a href="spotify:artist:1sKIizVYeHkGy7Tjmn9QRj">HALIENE</a>, became a streaming hit in 2021. The more aggressive "Sick" (with Frank Zummo and We Are Pigs) and "Forever" (with Micah Martin) followed, as well as the more club-friendly "Make It Good." Jauz's 2022 EP Block Party included songs with <a href="spotify:artist:1uU7g3DNSbsu0QjSEqZtEd">Masked Wolf</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:1YYJxpOXYk1z1WtqdeLMkn">Habstrakt</a>. He began 2023 with "S.O.S," a dubstep track with <a href="spotify:artist:67qogtRNI0GjUr8PlaG6Zh">Zeds Dead</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:0lYzZ91QzokaPrRK1vq6tW">Nicole Millar</a>. Jauz focused on melodic, futuristic house with his 2023 full-length Rise of the Wise, which included a re-appearance of his earlier single "Don't Leave Me." ~ Paul Simpson
