Jay Fraser

Originally from Tasmania, Australia, Jay Fraser is a London-based singer-songwriter whose music ranges from experimental soundscapes to fusing Americana, blues, roots-rock with a raw, storytelling edge. A pioneering resident artist at Camden’s Spiritual Caipirinha Bar, he was the second artist to release on Spiritual Records in 2015 with the single 'Dark Wood', becoming a fixture in the city’s grassroots music scene.

Fraser has released multiple albums, including Losing Home (2007), 3 Days, 7 Lovers and the Philistine (2008), and Buildings of Dreams, a reflective work chronicling his journey from Tasmania to London. His evolving sound is further captured in releases like the critically acclaimed Sketches of a Renegade (2011) and Om Shanti (2019). Now, he continues his independent path with Rodeo Records, marking a new chapter in his artistic journey.

Beyond his solo work, Fraser founded Roundtable Collective in 2016, curating events and releasing live recordings that showcase an eclectic mix of grassroots talent in London. His music is available on Bandcamp and streaming platforms.
