Jesse Harvey is an Indie-folk singer-songwriter from Pretoria, South Africa who has been writing and composing music from an early age. He grew up in a home filled with music and it wasn't long until he found his latest form of expression, music and song writing.
Jesse is a singer and multi-instrumentalist. As a one-man band and solo act, Jesse has shared the stage with various established SA musicians such as Matthew Mole, Bad Peter, Jerry and the Bandits, Snotkop and Biggy to name a few.
Jesse released his first solo studio album entitled “Isaiah Flight” in 2016 that show-cases a range of Contemporary Christian and Secular Folk-rock songs. His latest single “Pinball People”, released in January 2022, recorded in his makeshift home studio, is an epic rock song drawing inspiration from both Classic Rock and Indie Rock genres. It’s deep lyrics, heavy overdrives, moody guitar motifs, and percussive elements is to be appreciated by not only singer-songwriters but also guitarists and philosophers alike.
