Jhay, Recording Artist & Musician based in Maputo, Mozambique.
The young artist began writing & recording songs in 2017, and he went on to release a plethora of music from his first EP “Full Disclosure” in 2021 which features one of the most prominent talents in Mozambique ‘EMMVR’.
Followed by his 2nd EP ‘Azul’ in 2022, which set the tone for a new era of his career inside of the local music industry. The project is home to one his biggest records “Full Moon” featuring ‘Nicko Journey’.
The urban sensation set off 2023 with his hit single “Luxury”, which was the first release under the collective “MESS RECORDS”.
The release garnered mass attention in the local music scene and premiered in the years’ edition of ‘Mozambique Fashion Week’.
