jo0ji’s musical career unfolded with the YouTube release of a song he wrote for a friend, entitled“Fukutsu ni Hana.”
He was selected as one of the promising up-and-coming Japanese artists expected to make a breakthrough in 2024 by Spotify’s “RADAR: Early Noise 2024.” He has also been selected as one of the artists to be featured in a number of media's “Trending Artists of 2025” and is expected to perform at a number of major festivals.

Son of a fisherman. Second to none in his hometown.
The sunrise and the hum of the ship’s engine, the lapping waves – these were the lullabies of his childhood.
