Joe Sullivan is the former singer of low-fi London ska-punks Bandit The Panther. After the band broke up in 2015 he continued to write depressing lyrics to happy music, and released the 'Osbourne Heights' EP in 2016 on Aaahh! Real Records, before recruiting a crack team of musicians to work on new material with - the Happiness Werewolves.
