Johnny Stuart

Johnny Stuart is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and guitar teacher based in Tucson, AZ. He has played hundreds of shows since starting his professional music career at age 15.


Johnny’s love of music was handed down from his father Billy Stuart (professional vocalist and guitarist) and his grandfather Jan Stuart (professional clarinet player, sax player and swing-era bandleader).


Johnny also played mandolin in the New York-based Irish music group BIG IRISH for seven years and founded the hard-driving rock project <a href="spotify:artist:3iCgYp5KoKMvC9vFFDBixB" data-name="Decrepit Pinups">Decrepit Pinups</a>, a satirical and cathartic criticism of the the Covid-19 pandemic.

Johnny believes music is a gift - a gift to play, a gift to hear, and a gift for all to enjoy.
