JOLA BURNS is an electrifying pop/electronic cousin duo hailing from Nelson/Whakatū. Their sound, influenced by the mesmerising vocals of <a href="spotify:artist:1CoZyIx7UvdxT5c8UkMzHd" data-name="Jorja Smith">Jorja Smith</a> and the innovative production of <a href="spotify:artist:6nxWCVXbOlEVRexSbLsTer" data-name="Flume">Flume</a>, creates an irresistible musical fusion. Onstage their live performance, launching samples with live guitar, synths, vocals and drum pads, captivates audiences.

They performed at Nelson Opera in the Park to a crowd of 7000+, and placed 2nd overall in the nationwide Smokefree Rockquest 2023 solo/duo National Final.
