Jonathan Bondesson belongs to the new generation of Nordic flamenco guitar players. He received praise for his solo debut album "Andalusien i Minusgrader" (Andalucia in minus degrees) in the music magazine Lira and in Swedens biggest daily news paper Dagens Nyheter at a young age of 26. He is alone in Sweden with a masters degree in flamenco guitar at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and has spent two years of intense studies at prestigious flamenco schools in Seville, Spain. Through his experienses he has formed a unique voice of his own mixed with a long tradition of Spanish flamenco. Bondesson has been expressing himself with composing ever since he started exploring the guitar at an early age. Performing professionally for over ten years he has shared the stage with international flamenco dancers, groups like Chicos Fritos and Trio el Gancho or solo.
