JOSHUA LAZER is a self-taught Christian EDM producer from Kampala, Uganda, making some of the most distinctive faith-driven electronic music to come out of East Africa. He first picked up music production as a teenager after hearing the vocal chops in Major Lazer's "Lean On," but it was his encounter with Christ that gave his sound its true direction. His debut EP Fresh Start introduced a new voice to the genre, and his debut album Joshua, Is That You? cemented him as a genuine creative force.
