Her extraordinary musical talent, the infectious joie de vivre and authenticity that she radiates have made Joya Marleen one of the most successful Swiss musicians: at just 21 years old, she got herself a deal with Epic Records Germany, has already been honored with four Swiss Music Awards, released two EP’s and her debut album “the wind is picking up” in January 2025. As first female solo artist of her home country she reached #1 of the Swiss Airplay Charts with her song “Nightmare” and lately caused a sensation in the Top 100 airplay charts in Germany for weeks with another song “fire”. Joya played a first sold-out major headlining tour in Switzerland, sold out shows in Germany as well as the biggest festivals in Switzerland (e.g. Montreux Jazz Festival, Zurich Openair, Openair St.Gallen) and also some abroad like Superbloom in Munich or Eurosonic in Netherlands.
