Jr. CruiZa A.K.A “The Short Boss” is an international DJ, Producer, and all around entertainer whose vibes can blow your mind. Born in Brooklyn, NYC, he comes from St. Lucian and Trinidadian descent. He began DJing at the age of 9, but his love for music began long before then. He also comes from a background of musical entertainment with his father being a DJ, and his grandfather being the owner of the biggest Caribbean club in Brooklyn, back in the 1980’s and 1990’s, called Trinity Hall. Along CruiZa’s journey to becoming one of the top entertainers in the world, he’s played on some of the biggest platforms, such as the Barclays Center, as well as being the main road DJ for Soca artist Motto. In 2020, CruiZa began producing his own music and since then has released his first project “Morning Ting Riddim”, which consists various songs including his first debut Soca track “Simon Says” featuring MaddRass. He’s also produced hit singles such as “Lolly” by MaddRass and “Breed Yuh” by Aquel J. He’s gained worldwide attention by continuing to spread the sound of Caribbean music through his production projects, amazing live sets, and his outstanding SoundCloud mixes. Over time, he’s earned the name “The Short Boss” because he’s small in size but his voice and presence are monumental.
