Born Oct 20th 1994, Lashley Winter more affectionately known as ‘Motto’ to the music world, is a young, but multi talented name in the caribbean - dancehall, afrobeats, soca music industry presently. Hailing from the Helen of the West (Saint Lucia), the vibrant, new aged recording artist and super producer has been dominating from 2014, hitting the airwaves consistently, year after year with hit singles and major riddim albums in which he all produced under his NYC based label - Teamfoxx.
Motto had a major impact on creating the popular St Lucian soca genre known as ' Dennery Segment ' by introducing and then marketing it with artists such as Machel Montano, Patrice Roberts, Bunji Garlin, Skinny Fabulous and more. With a sturdy and well respected catalog & awards, the young king is also respected for his works with reggae-dancehall artists such as Konshens & Charly Black and more.
