Paris based Julien Jabre (also half of The Deep with <a href="spotify:artist:3lbzbbtoq31WIRghjdBuuf" data-name="DJ Deep">DJ Deep</a> & Soha with <a href="spotify:artist:08P7D5oQ3HUmQ0Gjbw6nzR" data-name="DJ Gregory">DJ Gregory</a> ) launched Elias in 2003 as a platform for his own music in total freedom.
