Julio Bashmore should need no introduction. Raised in Bristol, he was a key part of the UK’s ascendant underground house movement in the early 2010s, before conquering the global dance circuit with anthems like ‘Battle for Middle You’ and ‘Au Seve’ - records that have become part of the fabric of dance music and are still in heavy worldwide rotation today.
Bashmore stepped away from the circuit / circus after his debut album Knockin’ Boots, and although he’s quietly released some white label 12”s under the alias Bash in the interim, new single ‘Bubblin’ marks his first music released as Julio Bashmore since 2015.
