Junk Halo is a Namibian alternative punk rock band bringing big guitars, groovy drums and explosive anthemic choruses. Raw, loud and cooler than your ex.
At the heart of Junk Halo is duality, light and dark, destruction and creation, broken halos and second chances. The songs wander between the real and the mystical, drawing from love, loss, late night drives, desert skies, transformation and the strange beauty found somewhere between chaos and hope.
Stevo (vocals/guitar), Sue (bass/vocals) and Ninja (drums), with Alwyn behind the visuals, are tearing it up across the Southern African rock scene and taking their sound wherever the road leads. From intimate rooms to festival stages. Music to sing and dance to, lose yourself in and maybe question a few things along the way.
Because sometimes the halo breaks for a reason.
Strike it Light it let It burn Crash it Smash it Its our Turn
