The prolific songwriters have written a combined 11 #1 singles and 22 charting songs across various Billboard charts, and have performed more than 3,000 live concerts with their former bands (including Bamboozle, Sonisphere, Warped Tour).
Each partner has an extensive track record in licensing, combining for +3,000 sync licenses collectively in films (Sony Pictures, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal); commercials (Chevrolet, BMW, Blackberry); television (MTV, VH1, CMT); and more.
The pair met in 2009, on a +40-date tour. A friendship formed between Mount and Zach, rooted in shared passions for theology, fitness, and music.
In the summer of 2014, the two reunited serendipitously, as Instagram revealed to each friend that the other was simultaneously vacationing in Europe. During their rendezvous in the garden of Versailles, the duo made an agreement to collaborate.
Mount and Zach convened at The Grid studios, where they created their debut EP, Versailles. The album was forged using only one Juno synthesizer, resulting in a familiar-yet-futuristic sound that melts in and out of analog ambience and aggression. The songs are cultivating a following, and Juno Kids will continue programming and pounding their synths into the hearts of hipsters and gamers across cyberworld for years to come.
