Junryl is a singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles. Born in the Philippines and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Junryl discovered his passion for music at a young age, participating in various talent shows, competitions, and vocal repertoires as well as putting out covers on YouTube. His passion for songwriting began at 16 and has since then been honing his skills. Making honest music, combined with catchy hooks and sweet melodies, Junryl hopes to capture an audience that relates to his journey and break through the music industry as a new artist.
 
His latest EP, ‘Don’t Let Me Forget’ features his sincere story of love and vulnerability. Delivered through upbeat Pop grooves and smooth R&B hooks, to reminiscent acoustic vibes and a heartfelt piano ballad, this project is a celebration of his first serious work in the industry.
 
With the punk-pop infused ‘fuck up the friendship’ as his lead single, followed by the feel-good synth alt-pop “fool for you” and club anthem “dance the heartache away”, Junryl sets the tone for his most dynamic project yet in “DREAMS”—his debut album in which he navigates through a confusing story of love, friendship, heartbreak, and self-growth.

Junryl is excited to continue working on his craft as he grows with his sound. As he quotes, “It’s a great feeling to make music that is well received by others, but it’s even more special when it’s something that is honest to myself and the audience is able to connect with my experiences.”
