Born in Chicago, IL, K Tonez started his music journey fairly late. Although music has always been apart of his life, it wasn’t until dropping out of College and joining the military that he found a special place with music.
K Tonez grew up playing drums in church and drew inspiration from his father singing and playing piano. When K Tonez began his music career he started singing on top of YouTube beats. But as he grew into the music process he found a certain urge to produce his own music and here is where he found his lane and sound.
K Tonez sound is R&B at the core but skates the line of experimental. Although his sound is constantly evolving it’s exciting to see his journey continue to blossom.
