After the reissue by Ripple Music of their first LP, ‘Spectral Ascent’ in 2023, along with a “Santa Misión” tour, Kabbalah invokes the future as a one woman band with the release of new singles, “Insanity”, “Consuelo, Esperanza” , and “Death without a funeral” at the beginning of 2025.
Kabbalah, which consists now on Carmen Espejo, has gone a step further in developing its characteristic sound, with sparks of classic rock, witch fuzz, psych and doom, taking it to live shows with the accompaniment of previous members of the band.
It has been described as "a doo-wop era girl group doing Black Sabbath... sharing the same shrine as Pentagram”. “Kabbalah fills its black cauldron with all that rock has created in terms of bizarre styles”.
