Kaimo K aka Kaimo Kerge was born in a small Estonian town called Tartu. He has been interested in music all his life. At an early age he became fascinated by electronic music. Kaimo’s developing interest in how the melodies and beats work together is one of the reasons why he decided to great his own music.
Kaimo’s first attempts in producing electronic music came in 2007 and by 2009 he released his debut single. From that moment onwards Kaimo has developed his own distinctive style and has gone on to become one of the most respected and reliable producers in Uplifting Trance genre. His tracks and remixes have been released by many respected electronic music labels like Armada Music, Amsterdam Trance, VANDIT, In Trance We Trust and many more.
In 2020 he reached his very first No.1 spot on Beatport trance chart with his remake of legendary Take Me Away by 4 Strings. Currently he has more than 100(!) tracks that have made into Beatport trance top 100.
His music has been supported by almost all the trance heavyweights, including Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Ferry Corsten, Paul van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Aly & Fila, Judge Jules, John O'Callaghan, Sean Tyas, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Markus Schulz to name a few.
Kaimo has been djng both locally and abroad on such big festivals like Luminosity Beach Festival (2018, 2022 & 2024), Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) (2019) in Holland, WEEKEND FESTIVAL 2024 in Finland and in Spain.
