Kaki Mwihaki

Kaki Mwihaki is the founder of Kenya’s renowned gospel band, Adawnage. The multi-talented award-winning singer/songwriter continues to inspire the lives of many in her (10) years career in the music industry through her rich, touching vocals and lyrics. Kaki wrote the infamous hit songs "Uwezo,” “Naomba,” “I live for you,” and many more as lead singer in Adawnage band KE.

Kaki embarked on a solo career that was birthed during a difficult season in her life. Her first debut single “Nani Kama Yahweh” produced by Filah of Redfourth Chorus, was released in May 2018, it was well-received; she has performed the song live with Redfourth at Praise Atmosphere Event as well as ministering alongside other artists at Sauti Awards 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia USA.

Kaki followed up with singles such as “Incredible", “Jibu si kifo," which is swahili for "Death is not the answer," referring to her message of speaking life and urging her community to keep hope alive!

In 2020, Kaki Mwihaki dropped another hit single "Tegemeo" which was very timely as the COVID-19 pandemic pounds her region and the world at large. The fans responded to the powerful lyrics of the song as it relates to seeking God for provision and strength while going through life's struggles.

Kaki is also serving at various charity organizations and is currently part of the worship team at Cornerstone Church, AZ which blends well with her mission/vision which is Singing Life. Speaking Life. Changing Lives.
