International DJ/Producer and now label boss at 25 years old, LA-based Kamil Ghaouti was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco where his music career began a decade ago.
Kamil’s journey in the music world started at the young age of 15 and took a turn when he released his track Magnets on Lost Frequencies’ record label Found Frequencies under Armin Van Buuren’s Armada Music at 19. Since then, Kamil has been dropping records on Nicky Romero’s legendary Protocol Recordings, Selected., KnightVision under Warner Music Benelux, MOTi’s Zero Cool, Strange Fruits, Scorpio Music and recently got his first big break when he released an official remix for French rapper PLK, counting over 15 Million Streams and entering the charts in more than 70 countries (#5 Trending Worldwide on Deezer; #9 Viral France on Spotify; #73 Electronic Worldwide on Shazam; etc.), a milestone that helped put his name on the map. On top of that, Kamil’s songs have been supported by the biggest names in the industry such as Martin Garrix, Marshmello, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Oliver Heldens, Jonas Blue and Malaa to name a few.
In addition to his studio work, Kamil’s DJ residency at The Yacht Week has allowed him to play beautiful venues across the idyllic shores of Croatia and Greece, after having already performed in some of the most vibrant scenes from LA to Madrid to Paris, giving him a lot more than enough experience to become as complete and experienced of a DJ as he is as a producer.
