Brixton born and bred producer, artist and DJ, Kamixlo's music lies at the riveting, emergent edge of grime, reggateon and experimental bass. In 2015, Kamixlo founded the legendary underground collective Bala Club. With Bala club nights, he established an inclusive operation with its own unique style of cross-genre post-club music for the margins.
His first commercial release, 2015’s Demonico EP, was on Visionist's Codes X Pan imprint. Kami went on to release two more EP’s on his own Bala Club imprint, and in 2020, he dropped his debut LP for Pan, Cicatriz, meaning scar in Spanish. Kami has worked with a large pool of singers and producers at the forefront of electronic music, including: Evian Christ, Bladee, Felix Lee, Woesum, Isabella Lovestory and Yung Sherman.
