Kamos

Kamos was founded in 2016 by Alper Tunga Erime and Ayberk Erime in İzmir. Since their inception, they have been active in İzmir's metal scene, performing at various metal events and garnering attention from metal enthusiasts. Throughout this period, they collaborated with several guitarists and bassists for live shows but struggled to find the right fit. The lineup was solidified when Oktay Birtay from Negentropy joined as the rhythm guitarist.

In 2018, they released their debut EP, "Living Without Light." However, the band remained inactive until 2022 due to the pandemic and personal reasons. During this period, they were searching for a bassist, and Bahadır Rüzgar Turan joined the band, completing the current lineup.

In 2024, Kamos performed Children of Bodom Tribute concerts in İzmir and Istanbul in memory of Alexi Laiho, receiving high praise from the audience.

Kamos continues to establish themselves in the Melodic Death Metal scene with their powerful and dynamic live performances. They are committed to delivering unforgettable experiences to their audience.
