Melodic rock oriented singer-songwriter Kandace Ferrel began playing music at a young age and by 13-years-old had recorded an album. A native of Southern California, Ferrel has performed regularly in the Los Angeles area and collected several songwriting accolades including the 2006 Inland Empire Music Awards for "Best Female Artist". Similarly, her songs have been used in several films and television shows including MTV's "The Hills".
