Eldrasil (Karelius Ihlang) is a Norwegian composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose music moves between worlds... from the intensity of extreme metal to the intimacy of solo piano. Born in Fredrikstad in 1999, he first gained recognition as a drummer with bands like <a href="spotify:artist:0mZRMbP7xU91E1FGvKbxhF" data-name="Eldamar">Eldamar</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:51vPJuEsVUsm02Nsh4ND3m" data-name="PARACRONA">PARACRONA</a>, and later as the creative force behind <a href="spotify:artist:6BfPe7T8aEKOSTVJ76XXwK" data-name="Belfalas">Belfalas</a>, his atmospheric solo project.
Behind the thunder of the stage, a quieter voice emerged... one shaped by reflection and melody rather than rhythm. As a solo composer and producer, Eldrasil writes and shapes every piece himself, working between performance and composition. Using a digital piano as both instrument and creative tool, he blends live playing with MIDI composition and production.
