KEIYLA

Sabine Mayer aka KEIYLA is an Austrian-born singer, songwriter, dancer and actress based in Berlin.
At age 13, this talented young artist who grew up in a small town near Vienna established herself singing with local bands, DJs and in commercials for TV and radio.
Following a long and successful career as a leading stage performer, actress and vocalist in various formats and styles, the mum of two knew it was time to follow her lifelong dream of creating her own music.
In 2020, when the global pandemic all but shut down the music, theatre and film industries, Sabine wasted no time in cementing her independence by learning how to navigate logic, record her own vocals professionally and produce her demos in her little „bedroom-studio“.
With a sizable portfolio of original compositions on hand, and with her friend Jochen Ille - a musician and producer - on board for the ride, the dynamic duo (ILLMAYER) began their musical journey together and KEIYLA was born!
In 2021, they joined forces with Cornelius Kuron, an established producer and songwriter. Bringing his own unique talents to the table, this partnership continues to establish and amplify the influences of nostalgic 80s and 90s -sounds, pop, disco and EDM in the ongoing, musical evolution that is KEIYLA.
