His debut album, was released in 2022 and produced and accompanied by, multi instrumentalist, long time associate and collaborator, John Cura. 'All The Yellow Fishes', was well received and resulted in airplay on many radio stations including, BBC Scotland's Introducing, Tom Robinson on BBC6music and Cocteau Twin, Simon Raymonde's show on UK’s Absolute radio.
Kenneth then took some time-out, to live and play throughout rural France, before returning to Scotland to write and record new material and host an exhibition of his art.
Ever the shape shifter, and at times genre defying, the eagerly awaited new material more than fulfils its promise, with recurring themes of alienation, romantic love, addiction and redemption. All imbued with his filmic sensibility, shot through with magic realism and an undercurrent of dark humour.
