From an early age, Karl-Henry Legagneur (KHL) became passionate about music and everything related to it. He particularly likes the keyboard, instrument that will allow him to compose multiple melodies reflecting his state of soul, his joys, his sadness, including topical subjects.
In order to improve his knowledge, he began his studies at the Trebas Institute in Montreal, a renowned school in the music industry. In 2005, he decided to pursue sound recording and sound reinforcement and graduated in 2007. Wishing to pursue a career in the field studied, he managed to set up his own music production company known as " KHL Productions including his recording studio KHL Records.
After several attempts at working with other artists throughout the years, he decided to create his own independent label Korus Music Group in partnership with Pierre Alex Theodore in 2017 to allow him to better market his music and target a broader audience.
KHL does not limit himself to a specific genre. He’s open to any style and learns from working with a variety of artists. He is the heart and soul of the Korus Music Group. He is responsible for most of it’s composition, recording, mixing and mastering. He also accompanies the artist throughout all the creation phase with tips and suggestions.
