Khontkar

Izmir native Khontkar, started doing rap music in his young ages. After couple of years practicing & making demos, he made his path on Southern influenced hip-hop in 2008. He is also the first hip-hop artist who is made Trap Music in Turkey.

He grew up in a bad neighborhood and his family struggled with some situations in their lives. When life wasn't easy, he find his way in Hip-hop culture because he thought what he was living looks like Hip-hop itself. The struggle & the hustle.

In 2009 he started his own music label <a href="spotify:artist:4Z5qkRxvN2p9V6jAaeRd30" data-name="RedKeys Music">RedKeys Music</a>. Released 8 freestyle mixtapes in 5 years. 2 of them is under the name of &quot;Flash&quot; who is his second alter-ego.

In 2015 he made an EP -which was the first English project of him- called <a href="spotify:album:3LiVsKuDPvpBluYvc4Tavi" data-name="Who Is That Ep">Who Is That Ep</a>. Couple months later he released his first 14 tracks album <a href="spotify:album:1uWs8pu7OjRqIsa6crVsA3" data-name="Nobodi">Nobodi</a>. He released a producer EP as <a href="spotify:artist:22fVtsW04ZSDDdS0RNP455" data-name="Barry Allen">Barry Allen</a> in 2016 which is called <a href="spotify:album:22xKhrSf4XAdnnYeb6TkqR" data-name="Mrni">Mrni</a> featured himself and his labels artists like <a href="spotify:artist:2NPl6xmez0ma3ssIrMz1DM" data-name="Bixi Blake">Bixi Blake</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:57iZ4HvaVKP7d3RxScmquK" data-name="KT">KT</a>.

In 2017 he released 2 single series called <a href="spotify:album:4LNNKkOkle1BAzPf9ZQ2ei" data-name="Mutfak">Mutfak</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:album:468JdJzK853g8pOAxSQGbs" data-name="Mutfak II">Mutfak II</a> with his fellow artist <a href="spotify:artist:643VmvA9t1Td4REc5YWkW4" data-name="Young Bego">Young Bego</a>. It was the first 2 single of his label&#39;s compilation album <a href="spotify:album:4g3wDFW0wvU70Rkh4lSMQ3" data-name="RedKeyGang la Familia">RedKeyGang la Familia</a>. After that they released <a href="spotify:album:1VmD70xzJHamLuDZhsTr0A" data-name="RedKeyGang">RedKeyGang</a> with <a href="spotify:artist:2NPl6xmez0ma3ssIrMz1DM" data-name="Bixi Blake">Bixi Blake</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6T5EThaaQrfKqzdQ4eRuHf" data-name="Metth">Metth</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:643VmvA9t1Td4REc5YWkW4" data-name="Young Bego">Young Bego</a> and the song hit the Spotify&#39;s official playlists. In April he and <a href="spotify:artist:2NPl6xmez0ma3ssIrMz1DM" data-name="Bixi Blake">Bixi Blake</a> released collabration EP called <a href="spotify:album:5alY9jBmhPXf7jxvfAhkTt" data-name="Everything Is on the Table">Everything Is on the Table</a>. July 28, 2017 <a href="spotify:album:4g3wDFW0wvU70Rkh4lSMQ3" data-name="RedKeyGang la Familia">RedKeyGang la Familia</a> album released.

One month later he co-signed with Basemode Records / Sony Music and released a single called <a href="spotify:album:5eMvRWHpFcfF9sYTsZXqh9" data-name="Hi&ccedil;bir &#350;eyim Yok">Hi&ccedil;bir &#350;eyim Yok</a>.
