Amanda Ibanez (Kiddo AI) is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Born in Tampa and raised in Miami by a family of musicians, she taught herself how to play guitar and piano early on. Realizing music was her destiny, she began incorporating writing into her musical talents. Continuing to hone her musical and songwriting skills, she started performing at her local church. In college, she began taking sound engineering classes, learning how to mix and engineer her music.
In 2015, she teamed up with Universal Music DJ’s Atellagali for their debut single ‘Close to Your Love’. In 2016, Kiddo was featured on Strange Music’s artist, Bernz’s, third single ‘When it’s Gone’. The song became the stand out track from the album and caught the ear of Tech N9ne. Tech N9ne and Kiddo collaborated on his song called, ‘Till I’m Gone’. She then worked with producer DJ duo, SMLE, releasing a EDM songs ‘Stranded’, ‘Into Something’, and ‘2me’.
In Summer 2019, Kiddo AI collabed with producer DJ duo CASHAE on ‘Endless Summer’, which ended up on ’New Music Friday’ in 15 Countries and other top playlists. It was featured in the MTV’s Artists to Watch and reached #7 on French radio, quickly passing over 10 million streams.
In 2020, she debuted original singles ‘Like That’ and ‘Go the Distance’. In 2021, her music was featured on shows like Netflix’s Twentysomethings and HBO’s F*ck Boy Island. She continues to write for other major artists while developing her first solo project.
