King Spijo

Siphelo Swartbooi aka King Spijo is Amapiano/house music producer based in ZA, Port Ellizabeth. He released his first release in 2018 collaborating with @SoulSlindo on a track titled @Somandla which was topping charts around the country, which was most played in UK (New York). It earned airplay abroad and remained to structure his brand to what it is today. He also had mingled and shared a stage with Sdudla noMa1000, Zain SA, Mr. Luu and MSK etc.
In 2018 he also partnered with BASA (Business and Art South Africa) the Debut Program, which helped him to finish his first project. He is the winner of Club10 Zazise Competition 2018 in Eastern Cape.
2020 & 2021 that is when everything starting to change and got Playlisted in South Africa SABC/Commercial & Community Radio Stations also on Channel O.
Bedroom producers are always faced with struggles of infrastructure but he conquered regardless hence he’s reaching new heights. Being a township dweller subjects you to difficulty of power accessibility and noise pollution that my lead to dysfunctional production of music.
