King’s Wit is a progressive rock band from Wichita, KS. It consists of guitarist and lead vocalist Griffin McDaniel and bassist and vocalist Alec Jahnke. The duo recorded their debut album It's Time in Griffin's home studio after almost a decade of playing music together. Shortly after the release of It’s Time, Rachel Block joined the band as the keyboardist/vocalist. Their first show was at Kirby’s on Oct. 28th 2021. Friend of the band, Lukas Weber played drums for that show but the next several performances would be played with drum tracks. Then in September 2022 the band added Luis Gomez as their drummer. Rachel left the band in March of 2025. Soon after, Douglas Ragon joined as the new keyboardist.
