Kitty Rose & The Rattlers Kitty Rose has been performing all over the United States since her first album “Greatest Hits!”. Beginning as a West Coast high-energy country western artist, her band garnered rave reviews for its live shows appearing at South by Southwest, Tootsie's Nashville, The Midwest Music Festival, Nashville’s Americana Festival and by 2007, she released her “Live at the Ryman” album which received solid national airplay on country music stations and college indie stations alike. Kitty opened for Kris Kristofferson, Aaron Tippen, Train, Southern Culture on the Skids, Hootie & The Blowfish & Cake in support of this release. Relocating to Atlanta in 2013, she assembled a top line up of Atlanta musicians, including Dave O on lead guitar and YV on drums, Kitty recorded the vinyl single “Bourbon Bound” along with the video by Thrillmedia which propelled the band to regional standing in the rockabilly scene, garnering the “Best Rockabilly Band in Atlanta” award from Grease Magazine. Invitations to perform at rockabilly festivals poured in from New York City to Tucumcari, Charleston to Myrtle Beach. Kitty Rose & The Rattlers released their 2nd vinyl for Crackerjill Music “Up Side Down” in early 2018. This led to their invitation to record at Sun Studios in Memphis and Fidelitorium in North Carolina. This first full-length self-titled album "Kitty Rose and The Rattlers" was released Spring 2019.
