Knowledge was a band from the San Francisco bay area in 1997 consisting of Nick Traina (vocals), Eric Warner (guitar), Colin Delaney (drums), and Chuck Worthy (bass).
Knowledge "A Gift Before I Go" is dedicated to the memory of Nick Traina, the charismatic lead singer of Knowledge and previous front-man for Link 80 who passed away September of 1997 at nineteen years old. This is a 10 song demo with the last song (Gnat) written and recorded when Nick was fourteen. The tracks in this demo range from cutting hardcore and metal rhythms with screeching vocals , to punk, and ska.
Knowledge while only together for a few months, recorded ten songs, and performed many shows . Nick was rad and these songs were deeply personal to him and we miss him every day.
