Kofi Kente is a British-Ghanaian musician, record producer & sound engineer hailing from South London.
Having taught himself how to play the piano at the age of 5, Kofi has always had an incredible amount of passion for music and a unique ear for sound. His style and melodies come from a classical period in hip-hop and R&B which has been a catalyst in propelling him to create music that his audience can really engage in. With his soothing tone & witty lyricism he is definitely a special one to watch.
His debut EP 'Phoenix 92' was released in September 2020 including the BBC 1xtra playlisted single "Loyalty". The EP was a success gaining 40,000 streams on its first week of release.
