Kristi Grider

Born and raised in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Kristi’s honest songwriting and emotional vocals never fail to connect with her audience. She is the wife and singing partner to Josh Grider, Texas Country singer and songwriter. She studied Music Performance at Baylor University, plays piano and guitar, and has been making her livelihood with music for 20 years. Kristi is known as the quintessential “harmony singer” and you can hear her background vocals on many Texas Country albums produced by Walt Wilkins. She’s performed at Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth, The Rock Box Theater, The Tobin Center, Gruene Hall, The Odeon Theater, The Brauntex, The Aztec Theater, The Schermerhorn Symphony Center, St. Patrick’s Cathedral in NYC, and even the White House.

Kristi currently teaches piano, ukulele, and voice lessons from her private home studio in New Braunfels where she lives with her husband, two sons, and her dog Scout.
