The green eyed impassioned singer/songwriter Krummi (translates to Raven in english) composes invigorating concoction of Americana, cosmic country, outlaw, folk and rock n roll. With soulful vocals and haunting harmonies he sings about life’s trials and tribulations. Furthermore, in his earnest vision and style he writes a sincere and heartfelt songbook for you to feel all the way to the bone. Krummi’s first three singles went straight to nr.1 on the Icelandic National Broadcast radio RÚV and on the biggest pop radio station Bylgjan, also Krummi’s fourth single reached at nr.3 on the Icelandic pop charts. With chart success under his belt a debut solo album is scheduled to be released in 2026.
Krummi Björgvinsson, is no stranger to the music world, having catapulted the Icelandic Grammy Award winners and 2003 Kerrang! Award nominees Mínus to major record deals with Sony, Victory Records and One Little Indian. Landing supporting slots with Metallica, Foo Fighters and Queens Of The Stone Age to name just a few. Also a founding and active member of the critically acclaimed esoteric electronic rock duo LEGEND (Artoffact Rec). Through the years Krummi’s been nominated multiple times for the Icelandic Grammy Awards as best vocalist, album, song and music video. He has collaborated with many great artist such as Anton Newcombe of Brian Jonestown Massacre, M83, Sólstafir, Bang Gang, Dead Skeletons and many more.
Now, Krummi brings us his very personal music as a solo artist.
