Based out of rural Central New York, Ethan Flatt (Guitar and Vocals) and John Zalepeski (Drums) formed Krusade in 2020 as a 2-man-band, and completed their lineup in early 2024 with Dustyn Ely on bass. Rooted in thrash metal, Krusade merges the old school energy with the new school refinement. Their sound is comprised of groove and crossover elements, while still maintaining that classic feel. Listeners of Enforced, Warbringer, older Sepultura, and Power Trip will find overlapping similarities. The sound is familiar, yet something new and unique. Their debut album “Down Into Your Grave” consists of 8 songs that embody thrash, neo-thrash, and crossover concepts, while still delivering the head banging.
