KUJOSREVENGE (formerly known as <a href="spotify:artist:3mZxg5zMTlP9dITjuZTGnC" data-name="Lil Kujo">Lil Kujo</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5A01n0lCHuEnP1kdlqhDh8" data-name="yung kazii">yung kazii</a>) is an enigma. Originating from SoundCloud, posting music as early as 2017, he originally arrived on the scene with pure energy and violent lyrics, but over time, progressed towards a more catchy and melodic hyperpop-esque sound. In 2022, he announced the retirement of the KUJOSREVENGE project via Instagram, and in 2023, with the release of his final album “888”, he reverted back to his roots by comprising the album of mostly unreleased demos and deleted songs from his earlier years.

Despite mostly making hip-hop music, <a href="spotify:artist:6pzw64AsvgLbXI8S2Q0bCJ" data-name="KUJOSREVENGE">KUJOSREVENGE</a> cites an array of different artists spanning multiple genres as major inspirations, such as <a href="spotify:artist:0X380XXQSNBYuleKzav5UO" data-name="Nine Inch Nails">Nine Inch Nails</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:5K4W6rqBFWDnAN6FQUkS6x" data-name="Kanye West">Kanye West</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4tZwfgrHOc3mvqYlEYSvVi" data-name="Daft Punk">Daft Punk</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6j6e89Rb6ghGgLduAOpxkD" data-name="Belis">Belis</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:4ukk0IyB7vL97QirpOcNr3" data-name="Alice Glass">Alice Glass</a>.
